A downloadable game for Windows

LineX combines high-speed hovercar racing with strategic puzzle elements in a lush jungle setting. Players race to set the best times, using energy boosts and unlocking shortcuts by solving puzzles on the go. Enjoy intense racing action, dynamic challenges, and an immersive environment. 

This is our first semester project and it is not being further developed.

Controlls:

Keyboard

  • Rotate: A & D
  • Forward, Backward: W & S
  • Reset Car to Checkpoint: R
  • Drift: Space
  • Boost: Shift
  • Pause Menu: P or Escape

Controller (only XBOX)

  • Rotate: Left Stick
  • Forward: RT
  • Backward: LT
  • Reset Car to Checkpoint: B
  • Drift: LB
  • Boost: X
  • Pause Menu: Start

Install instructions

Download the ZIP file:

  • Go to the provided link and download the ZIP file to your preferred location on your computer.

Extract the ZIP file:

  • Right-click on the downloaded ZIP file.
  • Select "Extract All" or use your preferred extraction tool to extract the contents of the ZIP file.

Run the application:

  • Navigate to the folder where you extracted the files.
  • Find the .exe file.
  • Double-click the .exe file to start the application.
